8 Super Sexy Diamond Engagement Ring Designers!

8 Super Sexy Diamond Engagement Ring Designers!

Here are 8 super sexy ring designers. I included a photo or two from their collection for easy reference. Designer rings really pop the setting of your diamond. Just remember that most designer rings do not include the center stone and it costs extra. Sometimes they will include the side stones so make sure you communicate across and ask the right questions before getting a designer engagement ring.

These super sexy engagement mountings can cost anywhere between $1,200 to $9,000 or even more depending how involved the design is or the quality of the side stones so make sure your pocket book can handle it.

Tacori

Tacori Diamond Engagement Ring

Tacori hand-selects the diamond that goes with the settings. Their process is unique compared to other designers - doing sketches to 3D wax molds. The final piece is of super high quality and just pure excellence. This is why they are one of the top diamond engagement ring designers. Visit them at: http://www.tacori.com

Verragio

Barry Verragio is the head designer of of Verragio diamond engagement rings. He studied at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. Suposedly he is the innovator of the Lumino setting which is a diamond suspension setting. All their rings are slightly more intricate in design and have a little spice. They are not overly simple, but are not overly complex. A fairly good medium range of design elements. Check out their collections at: http://www.verragio.com

Martin Flyer

Martin Flyer has a facility in Manhattan's diamond district. They have been around for over 65 years and created the "Five Classifications of Bridal Jewelry" - basically stating that engagement rings fall into these 5 categories: Solitaire, Three-stone, Channel, Shared Prong, and the Micro Pave. They also have developed a system where designer engagement rings and wedding bands fit together perfectly on your finger with their FlyerFit technology. Pretty interesting. They have some very unique pieces - check them out at http://www.martinflyer.com

Jeff Cooper

Jeff Cooper engagement ring pieces are all made one at a time, by hand, and customized for you. They have some really great simplistic pieces in my opinion which I like. Not too much, not to little, they are all very precise in each design. The company is a father and son team which focuses really on fantastic workmanship. Check them out at: http://www.jeffcooperdesigns.com. You can watch the video below for a quick overview:

Ritani

Ritani has a mixture or multiple designer sets. They have certain setting collections that are much more simple, and others that are more intricate with details. They have all kinds of goodies including men's bands.

Judith Conway

Judith Conway is a pretty young designer company which was started in 1994, but still fairly popular. It was one of the few woman diamond engagement ring designers. Basically "a woman designing for women" as she likes to say. They use 90% platinum in their design and of course like other designers their engagement rings are all hand made.

Claude Thibaudeau

Claude Thibaudeau is a Montreal ring designer. Some of their rings are really facinating because they have rings that have tension settings. Almost making it seem as if the diamond is floating in the setting! Although I'm not the biggest fan of tension settings due to personal feeling of security of the diamond, it really does make a really interesting and beautiful ring setting if done properly.

Demarco

Demarco rings have a little more flare than many of the other designer rings in my eyes. They are more of heirloom pieces or more artistic in the designer engagement ring world. They do have a few more simple design rings, but I do not believe that is their specialty. For more information, you can visit their website at: http://demarcojewelry.com
